At a glance: Aim Trainer uses screen capture to provide visual billiards guidance. Screen analysis runs on your device. Limited diagnostic screenshots may also be sent to our service if guidelines do not appear during an eligible active session. We also process service, purchase, feedback and analytics information as explained below.

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers the Aim Trainer Android application (com.guideline.aimtrainer), its supporting services and this website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the team operating Aim Trainer.

For privacy questions or requests, email aimtrainergreat@hotmail.com. Aim Trainer is an independent application, not a service operated by the publisher of any game you use it with.

2. Information we process

  • Device and service information: an app-generated or device-derived identifier, app package and version, device model, operating system, language, technical settings, timestamps, network information such as IP address, and integrity or activation results.
  • Usage and diagnostics: feature usage, session and performance events, errors, crash or application-not-responding reports, technical logs, and limited diagnostic screenshots described below.
  • Purchases and subscriptions: product identifiers, purchase tokens, subscription status, order or transaction references and related purchase events used to verify and maintain access. Google Play handles the payment checkout; we do not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.
  • Feedback and support: messages, screenshots or attachments you submit, support correspondence and the device or app information needed to investigate and reply.
  • Analytics and attribution: app interaction events, installation or campaign referral information, and identifiers processed by the integrated analytics and attribution providers, subject to device settings and applicable consent requirements.

Some information is sent automatically while the app operates. Other information, such as a support email or feedback attachment, is provided when you choose to contact us.

3. Screen capture, recordings and diagnostic screenshots

Visual guidance

With your Android screen-capture permission, Aim Trainer receives frames from the screen or app you share and processes them on your device to detect the table and generate visual aiming references. Display-over-other-apps permission allows the references to appear above the game. Android may also require a foreground-service notification while capture is active.

A shared frame may contain any content visible in the shared area, including notifications or other applications if you share your entire screen. Share only the intended game where Android offers that option, and avoid displaying personal or sensitive content while sharing.

Automatic diagnostic screenshots

If the app is actively running an eligible capture session and guidelines have not appeared, it can capture and upload a limited diagnostic screenshot at approximately the 3-minute and 6-minute checkpoints. These reports help investigate recognition or display failures. They may include the screenshot, app and device identifiers, image dimensions, session identifier, checkpoint, timestamp and related diagnostic or attribution information.

The diagnostic mechanism stops requesting these screenshots after a guideline is successfully drawn or the session ends. Reports are transmitted through the app's encrypted request flow over HTTPS. Diagnostic screenshot records are configured to expire from the service's screenshot store after 30 days.

Recordings and feedback

Practice recordings created with the available recording tools are saved on your device. Screenshots you attach to feedback are uploaded with that feedback. Automatic diagnostic screenshots are separate from your locally saved recordings.

You can stop active screen sharing using Android's screen-sharing controls and manage capture, overlay and notification permissions in Android Settings. Stopping capture disables features that depend on shared frames.

4. How we use information

  • Provide visual training features, activate the application and maintain service availability.
  • Validate purchases, restore or maintain subscription access, and prevent misuse or fraud.
  • Diagnose recognition problems, crashes and compatibility issues, and improve reliability.
  • Respond to feedback and support requests and deliver related service messages.
  • Understand feature usage and installation or advertising attribution.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and protect the service and its users.

Where a law requires a legal basis, processing depends on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent where required. A system permission is not a substitute for any additional consent required by applicable law.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers supporting the app and its infrastructure, including:

  • Google Play and Play Integrity: distribution, billing, subscription verification and app or device integrity. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Firebase: app analytics and remote configuration. See Firebase privacy information.
  • Meta/Facebook SDK services: app events and installation or advertising attribution, where enabled. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare: website hosting, application requests, security, logs and storage supporting the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Providers may operate in countries other than your own; applicable safeguards are used where required. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.

6. Retention and security

Automatic diagnostic screenshot records use a 30-day expiration in the screenshot store. Feedback attachments, support correspondence, usage and crash records, and purchase-validation information may have different retention periods according to their purpose, operational needs and legal obligations. Locally stored recordings remain on your device until removed by you or your device's storage controls.

We use safeguards such as HTTPS, restricted administrative access and access controls appropriate to the service. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Send support information through the provided channels and avoid including passwords, full payment details or unrelated sensitive content.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

  • Permissions: stop screen sharing and manage app permissions in Android Settings. Some functions will be unavailable without the permissions they need.
  • Analytics and advertising preferences: review the privacy, advertising identifier and permission controls available on your Android device. Available controls vary by Android version and provider.
  • Subscriptions: review or cancel through Google Play subscriptions. Removing the app or requesting deletion of service data does not itself cancel a subscription.
  • Access, correction or deletion: contact aimtrainergreat@hotmail.com with the subject “Aim Trainer privacy request”. Include the app name and your in-app device identifier if available, and describe your request. Do not include passwords or full payment-card information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request and may retain limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention or to resolve disputes. You can make a request without creating a website account.

8. Children

Aim Trainer is not directed to children under 13, or the higher age at which parental consent is required in the user's location. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

9. This website and external links

This website does not include our own analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms or account system. The hosting provider may process connection and security information such as IP addresses and request logs. When you follow a link to Google Play, a provider policy or an email application, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the application, its providers or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published here with a new update date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
